Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a claim or request a return.
To initiate a request, please visit your order history and click the "Request Return" button.
Due to the nature of jewelry products, all items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including all original packaging.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.
Please also email us at support@jesusgear.shop with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
This helps us process your claim as quickly as possible.
Refunds & Replacements
Once your claim is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement within 5 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Change of Mind: Returns are generally not accepted due to international shipping costs.
- Jewelry that has been worn, used, or altered
- Items with signs of wear, damage, or discoloration
- Earrings once opened (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications
